Physical Stores in Demand by Community Commerce to Connect Consumers

Community commerce has become a place of strategic importance for e-commerce companies. Zhao Chenxi, CEO of GUOAN Community (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., said on the 2017 Fair, that innovation, sharing and service has become the main theme of community service development. At present, the attention raised by e-commerce platforms on community commerce demands physical stores to connect consumers.

But the challenge of dishonesty must be resolved, which requires the platforms to shift from working on service providers to consumers and connect consumers via physical stores.
