Finland is a small country with a population as small as 5.5 million, which, however, ranks third in ice hockey all over the world. At many levels, it ranks the first in the ice hockey education. Such success depends not only on the Finnish people's love for the sport, but also on the long-term plan, as well as partners' joint efforts toward the same direction for such a great success. In terms of events, high-level international events are more important than excellent players, which requires a long process of introduction, exchange and independent holding, and continuous learning of the organization mode, operation mode and law of survival of the fittest. After continuous learning and exchange, the event mode suitable for Finland came into being eventually.
